As some of our older customers may know, we’ve been out of stock for the past 4 years. Sourcing the key ingredients in Zeavive are expensive and difficult to locate, produce and convert in the cream so currently it is only possible to product around 1,000 units per year.
Extraction
The herb we are looking for only grows for a few months in the year in a very difficult mountainous terrain in Far East Asia. On top of being available for only a few months a year, the weather conditions are not suitable for our team to travel for part of this time. Finally, the significant climate change in the last 5 years has meant we don’t see this herb every year.
Processing
The herb is then dried and processed over another 2 months before it is ready to be used in the cream. If it is not kept at a constant temperature throughout this, it can spoil the potency of the herb, so ensuring everything is stable 24/7 means there are very high operating costs at our labs.
Zeavive
Finally, we are able to produce the cream and combine the ingredients using a precise ratio, similar to the golden ratio, that has been passed down lineage to lineage. Originally, Zeavive wasn’t to enhance beauty but to help speed recovery of those with skin diseases or injured from battle.
Our team is constantly looking for new ways to source herbs so we are able to harvest enough to produce higher quantities, but for the time-being we are limited to this quantity.
